Jostein has broad experience in strategy, leadership, communication, business development and extensive change work. Across 13 years at Telenor Norway he held several strategic and operational leadership roles, including Head of Marketing Communications and Project Owner Digital Development. He has led cross-functional development processes and worked at the intersection of people, technology, organisation and business.

Harald Sørgaard Djupvik

Organisational Psychologist and Senior Adviser

Harald has more than 35 years of experience with employee surveys, work environment, leader evaluation and analysis, including 25 years as a specialist and senior consultant at Kantar. He has conducted and followed up surveys for a range of larger organisations, with broad experience in questionnaire design, analysis of employee data and communication of results to leaders and organisations.

In Better Together, Harald contributes solid methodological competence and insight into how surveys can provide a basis for organisational development and good decisions.
